Luke Carignan brings over 15 years of healthcare human resources and leadership experience to Valor Path. As a Healthcare Sales Director and co-host of The Bo & Luke Show and The ASHHRA Podcast, Luke connects HR leaders with best practices that drive real organizational impact. He is known for his focus on accountability, empathy, and building trust-based relationships, along with his belief in creating sustainable success through clarity and engagement. Luke's dedication to helping professionals and organizations thrive aligns seamlessly with Valor Path's mission and long-term vision.
Robert "Bo" Brabo is a retired U.S. Army Warrant Officer with more than 30 years of human resources leadership experience across the Department of Defense and private industry. He previously served as Chief of HR Operations for the White House Communications Agency and as a Presidential Communications Officer, where his work centered on developing people and building high-performing organizations. An MBA graduate of the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, Bo is also a speaker, author, and podcast co-host. His lifelong commitment to leadership, service, and people development strongly aligns with Valor Path's mission to support Veterans beyond transition.
Ell Brabo is a U.S. Army Veteran, strategic communications leader, and nonprofit founder with a career spanning public service, entrepreneurship, and community leadership. She is the owner of The Ell Hotel, a boutique hospitality business rooted in service, historic preservation, and community engagement, and has held senior roles in government, healthcare, and organizational strategy. Ell co-founded Valor Path to address systemic gaps in military transition and is deeply committed to building sustainable, lifelong support structures for Veterans and their families.
Corey Donovan is a healthcare entrepreneur and pharmacy leader with extensive experience building patient-centered, community-based care models. As the owner and operator of Cascade Pharmacy, Corey has led efforts to expand access to personalized pharmacy services while navigating the complexities of healthcare delivery and regulation. His operational expertise, commitment to service, and focus on long-term outcomes bring valuable perspective to Valor Path's mission of helping Veterans achieve stability, wellness, and lasting success beyond transition.
